Salt Lake is a natural lake located in Azerbaijan and its water is salty. This lake is mainly situated on the Absheron Peninsula and has been used for salt extraction since the past. There are many springs around Salt Lake, and these springs are used for various purposes. Because the water in the lake is rich in minerals, some locals consider it to have healing properties. Mostly local residents visit this place during the spring and summer months.
