Quturghan is the name of a village located in the Neftchala district of Azerbaijan. There is no company registered under the name Quturghan. The village is mainly engaged in agriculture and animal husbandry. The people living here primarily focus on local farming and agricultural work. Public and social life is organized according to rural conditions.
