Rus Borisi Village House of Culture is a cultural organization operating in the region. Concerts, events, and various clubs are held here for the village residents. The House of Culture also provides leisure opportunities for youth and children. Local traditions are preserved here, and the local community comes together. The building also houses a library and various clubs. The aim is to enrich village life culturally.
