Head of Electronics

Why this role

gün.az is hiring a Head of Electronics for the Bazar classifieds platform. The head is responsible for the entire section: attracting sellers, listing quality, prices, and commercial terms for stores.

Responsibilities

• Attract electronics stores and distributors to Bazar: meetings, negotiations, and business account onboarding.
• Develop the section structure: categories and listing requirements.
• Monitor listing quality: alignment of prices with the market, identification of counterfeits and dishonest sellers.
• Prepare a commercial proposal for stores for 2027.
• Build and lead the section team (2027).

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in electronics and appliance retail or wholesale in Baku: a store, chain, distributor, or telecom operator dealer.
• At least 2 years of experience managing a store, multiple outlets, or a sales department.
• Personal contacts with owners or directors of electronics stores in Baku.
• Results supported by figures: revenue, number of outlets, category turnover.
• Fluent Azerbaijani and working proficiency in Russian.
• Preferred: sales experience through marketplaces or classifieds platforms.
