1st Republican Psychiatric Hospital is one of the oldest and largest psychiatric institutions in the country, located in the Mashtaga settlement of Baku. The hospital is engaged in inpatient treatment, rehabilitation, and diagnostics of patients with mental disorders, and ensures the provision of specialized psychiatric care.

Establishment: Commenced operations in 1890 and is considered one of the cornerstones of the psychiatric service in Azerbaijan.
