Return No. 11 is a settlement established for refugees and internally displaced persons. This settlement was created in Azerbaijan for people who were displaced from their homes as a result of the Karabakh conflict. The families living here are mostly displaced persons from the occupied regions and receive various forms of support from the government. The settlement has a school, a medical center, several shops, and public facilities. Although Return No. 11 was established with the support of SOCAR, it is not a company but has the status of a residential area. The residents here are making use of the opportunities to build a new life.
