  • 4th City Polyclinic was a medical institution in Baku serving adult residents.

    History:
    The historic building that housed the 4th City Polyclinic (also known as the former City Clinical Hospital No. 4 named after Fuad Efendiyev) was built in 1911–1912 by architect Konstantin Borisoglebsky. During the Soviet era, it functioned as City Hospital No. 4.
    The clinic closed for reconstruction in spring 2025. Medical staff were transferred to the 8th City Polyclinic.
