Housing Maintenance Area No. 6 carries out the technical maintenance and repair of residential buildings. This HMA is a state organization, and its main tasks include monitoring the water, electricity, and sewerage systems. It is also engaged in keeping courtyards clean, protecting the building's facade, and organizing utility services. One of its primary duties is to receive and resolve residents’ repair and technical issues. The employees regularly conduct inspections in the area and eliminate any malfunctions that arise.
