Agaverdi (2,098.2 m)

Agaverdi (2,098.2 m) is a high mountain peak located in the western region of Azerbaijan. This mountain is situated in the Kalbajar district, within the Murovdagh mountain range. Agaverdi is known for its natural beauty and a route suitable for mountaineers. From here, broad and beautiful views of the region open up. At the summit of the mountain, the climate is humid and cool, and the vegetation mainly consists of subalpine and alpine meadows. The area is sometimes visited for tourism and research purposes.
