Aghband is a settlement located in the Zangilan district of Azerbaijan. This settlement is situated to the west of Zangilan city, near the Araz River. The main occupations of its population are agriculture and animal husbandry. Aghband is located close to the borders of Jabrayil, Gubadli, and Iran. Important transport routes pass near the settlement. After the district was liberated from occupation, reconstruction works have been carried out for its redevelopment.
