Aghdam District Department of Execution and Probation is a local structural unit of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan. This department supervises the enforcement of court decisions and the implementation of probation-related matters. Its main objective is to ensure the timely and proper execution of court decisions. At the same time, it oversees the application of alternative punishments and correctional measures to individuals. The department is an institution related to the courts and is considered a government agency. Its employees jointly carry out both execution and probation services.
