They are mainly located in the Sheki-Zagatala and Karabakh regions. The temples were constructed of stone and sometimes brick, representing examples of ancient architecture. Several worship complexes and temple remains have been preserved there to this day. Albanian Temples are an important part of the history and culture of Azerbaijan.
