Alican is known as a village name and is mostly located in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. This village is mainly inhabited by people engaged in agriculture. The local population is involved in farming and livestock breeding on a daily basis. Alican belongs to the Sharur district of Azerbaijan, and old traditions are still preserved here. Small family farms are widespread around the village. Alican village is distinguished by its simple way of life and peaceful environment.
