Arikhdam Fortress is an ancient defensive structure located in the Tartar district of Azerbaijan. The fortress is of historical significance as a building dating back to the Middle Ages. It was mainly constructed for the purpose of defending against enemy attacks. The walls and remains of the fortress attract interest from local residents and historians. Currently, it is preserved as a monument, and although some parts have been destroyed, it still stands in its original location. Archaeological excavations are occasionally carried out around the fortress.
