An Artesian Well is a well from which water is brought to the surface under pressure from deep underground layers. These types of wells bring water to the surface through natural pressure and can sometimes operate without a pump. In Azerbaijan, some companies drill and operate artesian wells to obtain drinking water. The Bulaglar company also uses artesian wells for the supply of drinking water and offers clean water to the market. The water from these wells is usually clean and mineral-rich, making it suitable for daily use.
