Ashagi Avshar is a village and is part of the Agsu district of the Republic of Azerbaijan. This village is located to the northwest of the district center. The main occupation of the population is agriculture and livestock farming. The people living here are generally engaged in gardening, vegetable growing, and animal husbandry. There is a primary school and several social facilities operating in the village. Daily life is simple and in harmony with the rural environment.
