Ashagi Askipara is a village located in the Qazakh district of Azerbaijan. For many years, this village has mainly been engaged in agriculture. Most of its population works in livestock farming and crop cultivation. During the Soviet era, several social facilities also operated here. Currently, most of the village has come under the control of Armenia, and there are no residents. Due to its geopolitical situation, economic activity in the village has ceased.
