The village of Ashagi Yaglivend is located in the Barda district of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The village is mainly inhabited by people engaged in agriculture. The primary products here are grain, cotton, and vegetables. There are small commercial establishments and a school in the village. The population of the settlement consists of several hundred people.
