ATS is known as an automated trading system or applicant tracking system (ATS). In Azerbaijan, ATS most commonly refers to applicant tracking programs used for recruitment. These systems allow hiring companies to collect and easily manage incoming CVs and applications. ATS saves time and effort for employers and simplifies the selection of suitable candidates. The system scans CVs for keywords and indicates the level of suitability to make the selection process quick and efficient. Some large companies in Azerbaijan prefer to use these programs in their recruitment process.
