Akhmaz Lake is a lake located in the south of Azerbaijan, in the Lankaran district. The lake was mainly formed naturally, and its water is not fresh but salty. There are small swamps and dense vegetation around it. Various species of birds and aquatic animals live here. Akhmaz Lake is recognized as one of Azerbaijan's natural water resources.
