The State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan is a government body under the Cabinet of Ministers, responsible for overseeing and processing imports and exports, collecting customs duties, and preventing smuggling.

Customs clearance of goods, vehicles, and mail
Online services for citizens and businesses (e.g., "Smart Customs", e-queue, personal accounts)
Expert assessments and certification, issuing certificates, trade statistics
Services at border checkpoints, canine center, State Customs Museum -
Educational courses and training programs are organized for employees
The Customs History Museum is maintained
The Committee participates in anti-corruption audits and integrity seminars -
June 10, 2025 – President Ilham Aliyev attended the opening of the Committee’s new administrative building (18 floors, IT systems, transport and maritime monitoring).
June 16–20, 2025 – A workshop was held with the WTO, Japan, and Germany to develop the National Integrity Strategy.
