State Service for Mobilization and Conscription of the Republic of Azerbaijan is the central executive body responsible for the staffing of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan, mobilization preparation, and the management of conscription processes. The Service implements state policy in the fields of military registration of citizens, conscription for active military service, organization of military-patriotic education, and management of mobilization reserves.
History: The Service was established in 2012 by a decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan to further improve management in the field of conscription and mobilization, increase transparency, and implement a unified state policy. The creation of the agency is considered one of the important reforms in strengthening the country's defense capability.
Team: Head of the Service and his deputies, employees of regional and city departments, military-medical commissions, experts on conscription and mobilization, as well as administrative-technical staff.

Conscription: Conscription of youth for active military service, their medical examination, and deployment to the Armed Forces.

Technical equipment: The Service is equipped with the "Electronic Services" portal, digital databases, and modern management technologies for citizen registration and data processing.
Quality: Ensuring transparency in the Service's activities, fighting corruption, and increasing citizen satisfaction are the main priorities. -
The Service regularly conducts educational events on military-patriotic topics, launches new electronic services to digitalize conscription processes, and conducts monitoring related to the readiness of youth for military service.
