Azerbaijan Chess Federation is the main organization managing chess sports in our country. The Federation is responsible for organizing and developing chess competitions. It also supports the training of new chess players and encourages children and youth to engage in this field. The Federation selects and prepares athletes who represent Azerbaijan in international competitions. Promoting chess in Azerbaijan is also one of the Federation’s main duties. The organization cooperates with clubs and schools to popularize chess among the masses.
