Azersu Open Joint Stock Company is the main state institution of Azerbaijan responsible for managing water supply and sewage systems, ensuring water quality, and providing potable water to the population and industrial enterprises. The company operates under the State Water Resources Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan and carries out the mission of restoring, expanding, and efficiently managing the water supply infrastructure across the country.
History: Azersu OJSC was established by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated June 11, 2004.
Team: Composed of management, engineers, technical staff, laboratory specialists, and a wide service network workforce.

Water supply: Management of water sources (rivers, reservoirs, groundwater), water purification, and distribution.
Sewage service: Collection, transmission, and treatment of wastewater through treatment plants.
Technical services: Design, construction, and operation of water and sewage networks.
Subscriber services: Registration of new subscribers, installation of water meters, water consumption recording, and payment regulation. -
Large-scale water supply and sewage projects are implemented through the state budget and loans from international financial institutions.
