  • AZZA is all about taste, quality, and convenience. We offer what we love ourselves: fresh pies, great cakes, and exotic chocolate. It’s easy to find something good for any celebration. We are growing and always ready to help — just call or write to us. We bake our own cakes, pastries, and national sweets using fresh fruits, berries, and natural ingredients. Our range includes classic desserts and special treats from Europe and Asia — chocolate, tea, and alcohol. We make everything ourselves and sell directly. This way, we control quality. For big clients, we provide a personal manager, regular deliveries, and easy terms.

    History

    AZZA started in Baku in 2008. Since then, we have grown to over 100 stores and three factories. We serve private and corporate customers with gifts, sweets, bread, chocolate, tea, and alcohol.

    Team:

    Rustam Garakmazli is the CEO. He has experience in the food industry and graduated from Azerbaijan Oil University. Under his leadership, the network grew to 113 stores and 1,100 employees.

    Rufat Aliyev is the Managing Director. He handles daily operations and coordinates stores and warehouses.

    Cakes and pastries — from classic to signature. All fresh, made with natural ingredients.

    Traditional baked goods — pakhlava, shakarbura, shorgogal, and other treats for holidays and everyday.

    Tea and coffee — a wide choice of varieties from different countries.

    Alcohol — quality wines, brandies, and champagne for gifts and events.

    AZZA got the ISO 22000 certificate with help from the EBRD and the European Union. This means every step is checked — from product delivery to store shelves. Fresh is always fresh.

    With help from international experts from Belgium and the Netherlands, AZZA set clear standards and upgraded equipment. This raised quality and cut out unnecessary steps.

    Export and import
    The company buys high-quality ingredients directly: chocolate from Belgium, cream from Denmark, nuts from Chile. This lowers cost and improves taste.
