Team: Chief engineers, electrical engineers, assembly and installation brigades, technical control groups, and administrative management staff.

The department continues the work of implementing smart lighting systems on the city's central streets and newly established parks, as well as improving the dispatcher service for the operational elimination of emergency situations.
