A Fish Breeding Facility is a place where fish are artificially bred and raised. In other words, these facilities are producers operating in the field of fisheries. In Azerbaijan, such facilities usually ensure the increase of sturgeon, river, and lake fish populations. Here, fish eggs are kept in incubators and young fish are released into water bodies. The purpose is to preserve natural fish stocks and to produce products for sale. These facilities play an important role in the development of fisheries and the protection of the ecosystem.
