Balligaya is a village located in the Goranboy district of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Since this village is situated in a mountainous area, its nature is beautiful and the air is clean. The population mainly engages in agriculture and animal husbandry. Various families live in Balligaya, and there are several small farms here. As it is relatively close to the district center, the roads in the village are in relatively good condition. In this village, there is a school and other essential public facilities in operation.
