Barli Village House of Culture is a public cultural institution located in the Zaqatala district of Azerbaijan. This house of culture was established to provide villagers with opportunities to spend their leisure time productively. Various events, concerts, exhibitions, and activities related to local traditions are organized here. There are clubs for children and adults, as well as music and dance groups.
