R. Novruzov Secondary School, Basqal Village is a general education school located in the village of Basqal, Ismayilli district. The school provides education to students at both primary and upper grade levels. Subjects here are taught according to the Azerbaijani state education curriculum. The school is considered the main educational institution of the village, and the majority of the village’s children study here. Teachers work to develop students’ academic knowledge and skills. The school is named in honor of Hero of the Soviet Union Rafael Novruzov.
