Lake Batabat is a natural lake located in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, near the Shahbuz region. The lake is situated among the mountains and attracts visitors with its clean air and beautiful scenery. It is known for its unique floating peat island on the water's surface. There are various springs near Lake Batabat, and the surrounding area is suitable for summer pastures. The lake is very convenient both for relaxation and for photography. It is cool in summer, and in winter the area is covered with pure white snow.
