Barda State Nature Reserve (7,500 ha)

Barda State Nature Reserve (7,500 ha) is a temporary nature reserve established in 1978. Its area is 7,500 hectares and it mainly covers forest and grassland territories. The purpose of the reserve is to protect rare plant and animal species. The main activities conducted here are focused on the restoration and protection of the local ecosystem.
