Bulakhly is a village located in the Republic of Azerbaijan. This village is part of the administrative territory of the Qazakh district. The population is mainly engaged in agriculture and animal husbandry. There is a school, a medical point, and several small shops here. Bulakhly village is situated relatively close to the city of Qazakh, and the road infrastructure is quite well developed. There are beautiful natural landscapes around the village.
