Buynuz Municipality is a local self-government body located in the Qabala district of Azerbaijan. Municipalities are established in villages and settlements to address public affairs. Buynuz Municipality is responsible for the local administration of the village residents. It deals with the repair of local roads, the resolution of social issues, and improvement works. The municipality supervises the collection of taxes and the proper use of funds from the budget. The authority to implement and make decisions belongs to the elected representatives of the village.
