Chamanli Village House of Culture operates in the village of Chamanli in the Qazakh district. This house of culture organizes various cultural and social events for the villagers. Dance, music, and club activities are also held here for local youth. The main goal of the house is to revitalize cultural life in the village and preserve local traditions. Occasionally, exhibitions and small performances are organized at the house of culture.
