C. Nakhchivanski Military Lyceum is a special-purpose educational institution operating under the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan, which constitutes the foundation of the military education system. The lyceum fulfills the mission of educating the younger generation in the spirit of military patriotism, providing them with secondary education, and forming basic knowledge for the future training of professional officer cadres.
History: The lyceum was established in 1971 as a specialized military school by the decision of the Council of Ministers of the Azerbaijan SSR. During the period of independence, it expanded its activities in accordance with modern military education standards.
