Bread Factory is an establishment that produces bread from wheat flour and other ingredients. Some of them additionally produce pasta and flour products. There are several large Bread Factories in Azerbaijan, and they offer different types of bread varieties. The factories mainly focus on daily fresh production and delivery to cities. Production at the factories is carried out on automated lines in accordance with high hygiene standards. The products are delivered to consumers through supermarkets and stores.
