Telephone Exchange are public places intended for people to make phone calls. These exchanges often contain phone booths, and it is possible to make paid or free calls there. Telephone Exchanges were mainly located in cities and towns, often in post offices or at railway stations. Before mobile phones became widespread, people used these exchanges extensively. Although there are very few of these places left today, they still operate in some areas. The phone booths offer services for both domestic and international calls.
