  • Deniz Mall is a major shopping and entertainment center located on the Caspian Sea coast in Baku. The project was developed by the British company Chapman Taylor. Its design is inspired by the eight-pointed star from the coat of arms of Azerbaijan.
    The total area of the complex is about 120,000 m², with 40,737 m² of leasable space.

    Opening – March 2020.

    Team:
    The mall director is Elmir Asadzade. Since March 2025, he has been responsible for the daily operations of Deniz Mall: security, tenant services, budgeting, maintenance, communication with authorities, and quality control. Previously, he managed Crescent Mall, Port Baku Mall, and Ganclik Mall.
