History: The hotel building was designed in the 1930s by famous Azerbaijani architects Mikayil Huseynov and Sadig Dadashov. Known as a sports society during the Soviet era, this structure is considered one of Baku's architectural symbols. Large-scale restoration work began in 2015, and the building officially opened as a premium boutique hotel in 2018. During the restoration, the historical significance of the building was fully preserved, while the interior design synthesized sports themes with elegant luxury elements.
