  • The Academy of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES Academy) is a higher education institution in Azerbaijan that trains specialists in emergency response and management. It operates under the structure of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (Fövqəladə Hallar Nazirliyi) and is involved in both education and scientific research.

    Established: June 2, 2008

    2025: Celebrating 17 years of operation
