The Academy of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES Academy) is a higher education institution in Azerbaijan that trains specialists in emergency response and management. It operates under the structure of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (Fövqəladə Hallar Nazirliyi) and is involved in both education and scientific research.

Established: June 2, 2008
2025: Celebrating 17 years of operation

Leadership
The academy is managed by a rector and vice-rectors. One of the key figures is Lieutenant Colonel Kazanfar Baghirov. Teaching is conducted by experienced instructors and officers.
