Gavur Fortress (9th–14th centuries) is an ancient defensive fortress dating back to the 9th–14th centuries. This fortress was mainly built for protection against enemy attacks. The fortress was constructed from stone and other local building materials. The walls of the fortress are thick and high, and there are watchtowers. In the Middle Ages, Gavur Fortress (9th–14th centuries) played an important role in the security of the region. This defensive structure has been partially preserved to this day.
