Ganja State Drama Theatre is one of the oldest professional theatres in Azerbaijan. The theatre was established in 1873 and is located in the city of Ganja. Various genres of classical and contemporary works are staged here. The acting troupe is professional and experienced, and performances are mainly presented in the Azerbaijani language. The theatre works with both local and guest directors and contributes to the development of the arts in the country.
