Hamzali is a village located in the Tovuz district of Azerbaijan. This village is mainly engaged in agriculture. The population here grows grains and vegetables and is involved in animal husbandry. The residents usually sell their products in local markets. There is a school and a medical center operating here. As a settlement, Hamzali has existed for many years.
