Military Police is a special law enforcement structure under the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan. They maintain order and discipline among military personnel. They are engaged in the protection of military facilities, vehicle convoys, and military events. Investigating and preventing military crimes are also among their main duties. Military Police is responsible for the security and internal order of the Azerbaijani Army.
