History:
1972: The palace began its operations under the name "Republic Palace" and became a cultural center from day one.
2004: It was renamed in honor of the national leader of the Azerbaijani people, Heydar Aliyev.
2007-2008: Extensive reconstruction and renovation works were carried out, completely modernizing both the exterior and interior of the building.
2024-2025: The digital transformation of the technical base and the automation of stage mechanisms were successfully completed.
