Heydarabad Municipality is a local self-government body located in the Salyan district of the Republic of Azerbaijan. This municipality is responsible for addressing the social, economic, and infrastructure issues of the village. Heydarabad Municipality meets the needs of the village residents and ensures the organization of public services. The institution manages the local budget and carries out improvement works in areas belonging to the communities. The activities of the municipality are mainly regulated by law and carried out by elected members.
