Hovsan is a settlement located in the Khazar district of Baku. There are places here known as Tea Houses. Tea Houses offer tea and light meals to visitors. In these places, it is possible to sit with friends and relax. There are quite a few such places around Hovsan. Tea Houses are mainly popular among the local community.
