A pool is a structure where water is collected and used for swimming. In Azerbaijan, pools are mainly built for sports, entertainment, and agricultural purposes. Climate and geographical conditions are taken into account during the construction of pools, as water resources and weather conditions play an important role. Private and public pools are located in hotels, sports complexes, and the yards of some homes. Many pool companies offer design, construction, and technical maintenance of pools. Pool infrastructure is especially popular in Azerbaijan during the summer months.
