Ikincı Ashygly is a village located in the Tartar district of the Republic of Azerbaijan. This village is mainly engaged in agriculture. The people here primarily grow grain, cotton, and vegetables. There are extensive croplands and pastures around the village. Ikincı Ashygly maintains road connections with the other villages in the district. There is a school and several shops operating in the village.
